The Textile Treasury specialises in antique costume and textiles, all the items we sell are authentic and genuine antiques, they will therefore show normal expected signs of wear commensurate with age and use (minor faults, marks and imperfections).

In the unlikely event of a problem, please don't hesitate to contact us and we shall work with you to resolve the difficulty.
We will accept returns for items Significantly Not as Described only.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item. Upon a return being authorised by us the item must be dispatched to us within 2 days. We will issue a refund upon receiving the item in the same condition as sent. Buyer pays return postage and is responsible for insurance.

Buyers are responsible for any Import Duty, Customs Charges, Restrictions or delays imposed by their own Country.

The Textile Treasury is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Shipping Insurance.
Please contact me prior to purchase if you would like to insure your order during shipment. Insurance is not included in the listed postage cost.

Reserves.
If you would like to reserve an item, please contact me. Bare in mind that by reserving an item you are committing to buying that item. A non-refundable deposit of 20% may be required for reservations.

Layaway.
Layaway is available for all items over £600 Please contact me to set up a payment plan. All layaway payments are nonrefundable, and if a payment is late, layaway may be terminated, or a daily late fee applied.

For best fit I recommend comparing measurements given to those of a similarly cut garment you own that fits you well.

1920s items should fit loosely. In general I recommend at least 2" of wiggle room between your measurements and dress measurements.

I do not allow refunds or returns based on size so please check measurements carefully and ask all questions before purchasing. Items may be pinned to fit dress form.
