Fine Hand Dyed Silks, Threads & Fibers

We have multiple fiber lines available including cotton, silk floss, silk ribbon, silk pearl, linen, & mohair.
All of our colors are hand dyed, in studio with proprietary formulas from The ThreadGatherer.
The sampler boxes are made with custom wooden spools, such a fun way to store your fibers and the spools are reusable.
Each and every color we create is hand dyed with special attention to variation and depth of shade.

We dye for you to create "Reminders of Gentler Times in Hand-dyed Threads & Ribbons".

Color is our specialty. We offer hand dyed knitting yarns, hand dyed wool fabric & threads for applique, needleart & embellishment.

I started dying threads in 1991. I only had 200 dollars accessible to me for "extra" spending at the time, and in my first year of selling threads I only made 1 sale!
Somehow though, I felt determined and kept dyeing, kept creating, kept trying. Over the course of the next couple of years the business flourished and I was able to expand. 25 years later and I am still in business! The business has grown. Our color lines and fiber varieties have expanded. I am so happy and full of gratitude for the ability to share some of my passion for color on ETSY and with other individuals who love stitching as much as I do!
