The quality is very professional and the communication with Lana could not have been any better. It was a wonderful and enjoyable process and Lana was available at every step of the way. The magazine was published and delivered in a matter of days, after my final approval. Amazing! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the magazine that I received!! I almost didn’t order it because I was worried the quality wouldn’t match the photos, but I’m so glad I took the chance. When it arrived, I was genuinely impressed. The quality exceeded my expectations, and everything looked exactly how I customized it. The editing process was simple thanks to the template they provide. It did take me some time because I wanted to make it personal and include our favorite memories, but it was easy to use and completely worth it. The customer service was also amazing—friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful whenever I had questions. I definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a unique and meaningful gift. 5 out of 5 starsThis was well worth the price. They worked close with me and developed a book with a poem I wrote for My husband. The book included the poem and several pictures and they designed it perfectly. All I did was give them the poem and pictures and they turned it into a great present for my husband and he absolutely loved it! When the book came it had bent corners from the delivery. No fault of them for the bent corners but they still sent me another at no cost! Great customer service and satisfaction!
