Unfortunately I do not accept refund or exchanges.

VINTAGE CONDITION: Pre-owned goods may show minor signs of wear due to age. I always indicate any major flaws or blemishes, but will not always mention small flaws, such as pinpoint sized spots or holes. If you are concerned about a particular item's condition, please contact me. I am always very willing to communicate.

All garments are measured flat, please be sure to read all measurements and item descriptions before you purchase. Some flaws may be present in vintage items. Refunds will not be be given for items which do not fit, or are flawed, and were described correctly. Please read measurements carefully and compare to a similar item of your clothing that does fit.

Please know that I will ALWAYS communicate with you.

I ship within three business days in the U.S. using USPS Priority Mail and First Class. I may use Parcel Post if the item is heavy or large. If you need your item in a hurry, please contact me right away, and I can ship more quickly for an extra charge.

Insurance is not included in the shipping costs. Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance, so that you are covered in case of loss or damage. Contact me for rates.

PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT ship to ITALY because of prohibitive customs practices and policies. If you live in ITALY, I'm sorry, but I can't sell to you.

I ship within 3 business days using USPS First Class International--which DOES NOT include any tracking or insurance to cover loss or damage, and typically takes up to 3-4 weeks to reach the destination. If you would like to upgrade to Priority International Mail, which offers insurance and tracking, and takes 6-10 days for delivery, please contact me for rates.

I am not responsible for items lost in the US mail system, in International mail systems or in a country's customs department.

I am not responsible for items being held or confiscated by a country's customs department, nor for any customs tariffs or taxes. It is up to the buyer to investigate any customs issues.

If you want to be reimbursed for a lost item, you MUST take out insurance on the package - please contact me, and I can add the amount for insurance to your bill.
