My sticker shows that it has been delivered, but it has not arrived and the tracking number doesn't work. Can you help me with this?
I ship all of my stickers using USPS letter mail. Since USPS does not provide tracking for letter mail, Etsy partners with Pitney Bowes to offer a tracking confirmation number. This number isn’t an official USPS tracking number — it simply confirms that the item has been mailed.
Occasionally, when the letter reaches the destination distribution center, automated USPS sorting machines may mark it as ‘Delivered’ early. If your tracking shows ‘Delivered’ but the sticker hasn’t arrived yet, it typically shows up later that day or within the next 1–2 days. If you have not received your sticker by the 3rd day, please contact me and I will be happy to help!
Are your stickers waterproof?
Some of my stickers are waterproof, and those will always be clearly labeled in the listing. I’m updating my full collection to waterproof vinyl, so if a design isn’t marked as waterproof yet, just send me a message — I can order that sticker in waterproof vinyl for you!
