Where can I find the digital download files?
Your digital download can be found either in an email sent by Etsy or online on Etsy under 'Your Account' > 'Purchases & Reviews' > 'Purchases' > 'Download Files'. Please note you need to use the Etsy Desktop version as the app does not have this feature.
What is your return/refund policy?
Digital Downloads -
Unfortunately sales on digital downloads are final and refunds are not permitted.
Physical Prints -
Returns and refunds are not accepted as prints are custom-made to order by our supplier. As we are a small business passionate about minimising waste, all of our prints are made-to-order. So please note we do not accept returns or offer refunds for prints ordered in the incorrect size, prints that are no longer wanted, or orders that are incorrectly addressed.
Do you offer personalisation?
If you would like an alteration, such as a colour change, then please let me know via Etsy messages, and I will create a new listing.
My address is incorrect or I need to change my order.
As our prints are made-to-order and sent immediately to our production partner to undergo printing, we can not alter your address or your order details after you place your order. Please ensure orders are placed with the correct size, colour and the correct address. But if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by messaging us and we will work with you to best resolve any issues!
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of the items.
If I receive a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
If my package is lost what should I do?
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to locate it. If your package is marked as having been delivered, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance.
