I have been working with Tape since the mid 1980s.. back when Tape was pretty much the only recording medium.. Way before CDs.. way before digital multitrackers or DAWs. For sure I followed with huge interest the advent of Music Technology, I even have a BSc Hons in Music Technology from London Guildhall when computers first entered the recording arena but that all seems like mists of Time stuff now.

Many interesting years followed where I worked in Studios on 24 track Otari machines and Amek desks recording with the likes of Ronnie Drew, U2, Dave Liebmann, Christy Moore and many others, toured as a session Musician with Jack L, Bellx1, The Walls, P1G and The Young Folk, and worked as FOH soundman at the world famous Ruby Sessions where I engineered gigs from the likes of Mumford and Sons, Paul Brady, Paulo Nutini and many many more..
