Hi, I’m Robby, co-owner of The Wanderleaf Co. also known as Plant Boss. I help source, prep, and move plants through the shop. If it is packed right and shipped smooth, I probably had a hand in it.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final.

Each plant responds differently depending on environment, care, and conditions after arrival. Once a plant is in your care, its success depends on how it is maintained.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives damaged, you must contact us within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos.

An unboxing video may be requested. Failure to provide documentation within this timeframe may void any consideration.

Custom and personalized orders

Weather protection options may be available depending on season. Please message before purchasing if you are concerned about temperatures in your area.

We are not responsible for damage due to weather conditions during transit.

Custom and personalized orders

Many of our plants, especially corms and tissue culture, are best suited for collectors or those familiar with aroid care.

If you are new, we recommend researching care requirements before purchasing.

Custom and personalized orders

If specified that it is the EXACT plant than yes.
If it says Grower's Choice, than no. No two plants are identical.
Variations in size, shape, and variegation are normal. This is part of what makes each plant unique.

Custom and personalized orders

I cannot guarantee variegation. Variegation can be unpredictable, especially in early growth.

First leaves may not show full variegation. Stronger patterns often develop as the plant matures.
