I’m using it for a project so I needed specific customizations for the puppet and I’m very happy with the quality and attention to detail! Highly suggest buying from this shop.

Yes we do custom orders, but due to personal reasons we paused it or processing time was increased up to 5 weeks.

Can I return my item?
Buyers are eligible to return item if it is in original condition. Buyer will pay shipping costs. Buyer MUST contact within 3DAYS after delivery.Buyer MUST ship within 7DAYS after item was delivered. EXCEPTIONS : custom orders can’t be returned , exchanged , refund.
Replacement
We DO NOT replace items. Handcrafted items are unique and might be fragile without proper care. There is no way to prove how buyer has been using item. We have done tests from our end, handmade items are not for HD use! If you have questions contact as BEFORE your purchase. Thank you for understanding.
