What if my order gets lost or damaged in the mail?
On the very rare occasion that an order gets lost or damaged, We are ready to help, keeping all orders tracking information close at hand.
That said, we are not in control of your order once it leaves our hands to the USPS, and can not be responsible for what happens to it on its way to the buyer.
We can not, as a small shop with limited resources, replace or refund lost or damaged orders personally.
However:
We DO
always provide a tracking number with your order, which you can check at any time to see what's happening with your package.
We DO
provide shipping insurance on all items over $50.
We DO
keep shipping and tracking information on all orders to pass on to you should you ever need to make an insurance claim with USPS.
