HEAT: If you are experiencing very hot weather, please be sure to make arrangements for your soaps to be received promptly. Soaps and candles can melt! ~*~ I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A SHIPMENT LEFT OUTSIDE IN VERY HOT WEATHER! ~*~ I reserve the right to delay shipment of certain soaps under extreme heat conditions. I will contact you if I feel this is necessary / and you should likewise contact me if that is the case in your region.

DEADLINES AND SPECIAL REQUESTS: Every order is 'custom' - therefore freshly made for you. If you have a special deadline, please communicate that to me clearly and please be sure to allow extra time for any special requests with a deadline.

I use pure essential oils and natural fragrances (such as cocoa butter and coffee butter) as much as possible. I use fragrance oils to give us far greater freedom to enhance my products with wonderful scents. These fragrances are all phthlate-free and are purchased only from time-tested and highly reliable sources. *** If you have problems with fragrances, please convo me about making any of the products that you see fragrance free***

Unfortunately, some people are allergic to certain things. Fragrance allergies are common, and so I will gladly make any of my creations fragrance-free for you - just email or convo me! I cannot guarantee that my products will be free of all irritants for all people, but I do my best to keep my products as simple as possilbe. If you experience any irritation or redness, discontinue using immediately.
