We will Contact you via Etsy messages to chase for these details, if the details have still not been provided by 6pm the day before the items is due to go out in line with our 3 day dispatch time, the item will be sent out unpersonalised and a refund for the difference between the non-personalised and personalised print option will be issued back to the buyer.

All or A3 and A2 prints come unframed. You have an option to select a frame for any A4 prints. Please be sure to select carefully from the drop down menu.

We on occasion will use different couriers with a comparable service delivery timeline. If the royal mail service is facing issues that we believe may cause delay due to industrial action or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that a number of our prints are for specific years as will be stated in the listing title and the listing description, for these listings the year is not adjustable, so if a specific year print is purchased the year stated in the listing is what will be sent out to you. We are not held liable for incorrect items being purchased. The only exception to this is where we have confirmed prior to a purchase being made that a different year can be ordered through a specific year print. Please note if no year is specified and the term "Any Year" is used in the title then any viable year can be selected.

The dispatch timelines of our items for standard delivery is up to 6 business days and first class delivery up to 4 business days. If we dispatch an item earlier Etsy will update the "estimated" delivery timeline, to give you a better idea of when it may be expected but we will always* work to the delivery timeline advised to you at the time of placing your order and provided in your confirmation email.
*the expected delivery is only adjusted when couriers are experiencing times of delay (such as around Xmas) and if any extension needs to be added to the estimated delivery timeline being provided by Etsy at the time of placing the order, we will advise of this in the "shop notice" section at the top of our home page of our shop.

Please note that we are not able to do any of the football prints for the years 1939-1946 as no football was played during the war and we are not able to do any of the bespoke year prints for years earlier than 1933. If you are interested in a year prior to 1933 please contact us before placing the order and we will confirm if that is possible for the specific print you are after.

Because our PDF orders are purchased through listings where physical (items physically sent out in the post) are sold as well Etsy is not able to differentiate therefore please do get in touch with us and we will advise you how to remove the postage from your order.
