This Typewriter is in perfect shape for its age. It came thoughtfully packed in its box and has me clacking up a storm at home. It types beautifully and is my first foray into the world of Typewriter's. Tom has made this an easy purchase and communicates professionally and promptly. I would purchase from Tom without a second thought.

This is a perfect combination of industrial design and function. The presentation of the typewriter is exquisite, and Tom clearly takes immense care in cleaning and restoration. The decals are superb and typewriter action silky smooth. The body of the typewriter is polished to a high gloss. I appreciate the replacement leather carrying handle which matches the case. Packaging was exemplary with careful protection of the carriage against any risk of damage in transit. Detailed typewritten instructions were included specific to this model, and personalised to the purchaser (me). I am delighted to own a vintage 1940s typewriter with Dutch keyboard so that I can write to friends in the Netherlands using the ij digraph. The italic f key (guilder or florin) is sadly now a historical curiosity.

Typewriter made it safely and quickly to Alaska thanks to expert packaging. Included detailed instructions with how to safely unpack, along with tips and basic care instructions. All I can say is Wow! It was cleaned, tuned up with a new ribbon and ready to go. It’s in excellent shape, typing beautifully. This machine will be well loved and cared for—it might just be my new favorite. I highly recommend this seller if you’re looking for a solid typewriter for use.
