Shipping Policy
Please understand that I have no control over your package once it’s mailed out to USPS. I am not responsible for any wrong shipping addresses that were put in by the customer. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to fix your address!
If the tracking number attached to your package states it was delivered, but you didn’t receive anything, we are NOT responsible for sending out a new package OR issuing a refund. What we can do is file a ‘missing package’ claim with USPS.
If the tracking number attached to your package hasn’t updated shipping locations in over 2 weeks, we can issue a refund minus shipping OR send out another package.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost on your order includes the parcel fee, shipping mailer, shipping label, Etsy fees and mileage to drop off your package off at the post office.
Logo FAQ
You must send us your logo for labels BEFORE checking out, and wait for our verification that it will work. Make sure you put on your order form that you want your logo on the labels. We get tons of orders a day, so it’s very hard to track who wants what, without it being on the order form. Thanks!
