Hello, I'm sorry you feel that way but as we discussed, all of my products are made for immediate access by digital download and for you to print. My shop policies and the descriptions on each item are clear and direct and nowhere in any of the descriptions does it say you will be shipped any physical item or that any of my items are framed or custom canvas prints. The item you purchased was sent to your etsy message account within 24 hours of your purchase for you to download and print at your leisure, it was also emailed to you. There is no scam, just a misunderstanding of what was expected. Thank you!
