If we as a seller or our print provider make a mistake a replacement item will be sent once a Replacement Claim has been completed. Please see the next section below for detailed steps on how to place a replacement claim.

If we as a seller or our print provider has made a mistake a replacement will be put into production once the replacement claim steps listed below are completed.

REPLACEMENT CLAIM STEPS:
1) Please contact us within 3 business days via Etsy (not email)
2) Send a VERY CLEAR picture of the error & description via ETSY messenger
3) We will contact our print provider with the provided picture and put replacement into production as soon as possible.

We provide manufacturer's sizing in the photo section of each item.
Variations in measurements up to 0.5" are acceptable within the manufacturer's guidelines.

Any sizing info is general suggestions & NOT a substitute for measuring! Since body types & preferences can vary significantly, we DO NOT guarantee fit. ALWAYS MEASURE -- then compare size chart with your own shirt for best results!

The design on your item is printed directly to the garment, it is not vinyl.

**Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary
**Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life
**Cool Iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron directly on printed design.
**Do not dry clean.

We have a limited time to provide our print provider address changes, please contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery address.
We are never responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered packages
We are never responsible for USPS transit delays or mishaps
(once it leaves our store - it's beyond our control)
Etsy provides tracking by email with expected delivery-- please watch for expected packages
We do not offer refunds or replacement order for USPS mishaps, buyer assumes the risk.

If packaging appears damaged, DO NOT open. Take to local USPS to file a claim.

If an item was marked "delivered" but not received contact the USPS immediately & file "lost mail" claim online (also check with local P.O. branch, neighbors, and mail carrier)
Check with USPS for any delivery/transit issues. We will try to assist you on our end but are only responsible for your order until it is scanned as "received" at post office.
On occasion, missing packages turn up and are redelivered later once filed as lost mail.
