We absolutely can! There is no extra charge for basic customization such as color, layout, wording, fonts, and even theme without a custom design fee. However, customization and proofs are only possible once the listing has been purchased.

Be sure to include any special requests/personalization info to us in the "notes to seller" box at checkout.

All personalized orders include 2 revisions/proofs. Any additional revisions made after that will be $5 per revision.

Most orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and are generally shipped within 3 business days of proof approval. You will be contacted via email to let you know I have shipped your invitations.

We cannot be responsible for items lost (or delayed) by the shipping carrier. We will, however, work with you and the carrier to track your package.

If you feel your order is delayed or lost in transit, we can help sort that out. Before we do so we ask that you check the delivery standard for the shipping method used which can be found on your Etsy purchases history under tracking information. http://faq.usps.com/?articleId=220877

International shipping is available for $25 dollars and takes 10-14 business days transit time.

International packages will be shipped First Class International Mail which can take from 2-6 weeks to receive. Please be patient when ordering to receive your item and note that there might be VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES that may apply upon receipt of the order which the customer is solely responsible for.

We try our very best to get orders out well before our stated turnaround times.

Delays in approval will delay the printing and shipping of your order. Make sure to check your email (spam folders too) for a proof from us. Each proof change takes time and will add to the turnaround.

Additionally, orders can only be processed once your payment is made and has cleared through Etsy and/or Paypal. Keep this in mind when choosing the Echeck option in PayPal, since EChecks usually take 3-4 business days to clear.

If you decide to cancel your order before we have created your proof, we are happy to refund your purchase. If you decide to cancel your order after we have created your proof, we are happy to refund your order minus a $20 processing fee.

Please note, once you have provided proof approval, we are unable to change or cancel your order. If you need to make a change to your printed order, we are happy to assist you with a discounted reorder. Please contact us to place a reorder.

We are confident you will be happy with the quality of your custom products. To ensure 100% satisfaction, please take great care in reviewing your proof for inaccuracies, spelling and punctuation errors. Then Comes Paper is not responsible for errors noticed after final proof approval.

In the event that you have received an item that differs from the proof provided by Then Comes Paper and approved by you, please accept our apologies and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible.

We take great care and attention to detail in the personalization of each design. You will receive a proof via email within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order being placed.

Please be sure that all spelling, capitalization, grammar, placement, image color, etc. are all exactly as you want it to appear. Once signed off on, all reprints due to color, images, and word errors are at the customer's expense.

Color Variations: Slight variations in the printing process may occur from order to order and monitor to monitor.
