5 out of 5 stars1st the logistics - everything was good, USPS was late, but the piece was well packaged, and I had no problem with the purchase process. i love this piece. i got it a while ago, sorry for not putting up this review earlier. i finally put up the piece this weekend and before that I would pick it up regularly to explore the intracacies of the mixed media design & let the piece speak. thank you very much for creating a piece of an idea i have had for a while but never had the center piece at the ready.

5 out of 5 starsThis necklace is amazing. The vintage tintype was formatted to attach to the bottom strand of an antique multi-colored chain. This piece is a real showstopper! I highly recommend this seller and look forward to buying from her again. Thanks!

5 out of 5 starsSPECIAL ORDER - CUSTOM 1800's TINTYPE NECKLACE - This piece is an interdisciplinary work and collaboration of 2 Etsy dealers: The Necklace Chain is a 1970's antique brass & black bead chain sold by MeadowsVintage and The 1870's tintype photo Pendant is repurposed & sold by TheresaBedal. It is the GREATEST necklace ever! The pendant is an actual antique tintype photograph that has been altered around the edges to expose the silver-tone iron underneath the tintype photo, specifically designed to create an uneven, mixed-media altered appearance - SO COOL! There is darkness, mystery and intrigue with the man & woman in the photo, a total fascination; the top hat & long overcoat on the man, he is quite a handsome gentleman! Much Thanks to TheresaBedal & MeadowsVintage !
