I purchased this packet to help me organize and keep track of my aging parents health and needs. Even though we live close, it's still hard to keep everything in one place. I've learned with aging parents, their health can swing on a daily basis. This journal is helping me to stay organized with info. assess their health daily and keep a health record. It's great! Very thorough covering everything from the basics with doctors and meds, to the daily health assessment. It also has a resources at the back. Think outside the box..not only for yourself, but for a loved one you need to stay informed about!

So much helpful info and forms all consolidated into one great journal. There are trackers and records that I haden't even thought about that will be most helpful. This is a wonderful resource for someone trying to manage medical issues and all the related (and sometimes unexpected or unknown) requirements that come along with it. Thanks so much for making it available and at such a reasonable and affordable price.

It is so convenient to have one central place to keep all medical information, and to track symptoms, sleep, etc. It makes detecting patterns in what could be causing illness that much easier. I would definitely recommend this to folks who are dealing with any sort of chronic illness.
