Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or
requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific
requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know
about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do
our best to accommodate your requests

These Timeless Tides is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the
shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we
hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the
item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.
If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point
from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police
department.

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery by particular dates, as much is out of our control once the item is turned over to USPS. All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days.

Please reach out to us as quickly as possible regarding any order
you wish to cancel. If the item has not yet been produced or
shipped, we are happy to process a cancellation within 2 hours
of receiving your order.

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the
item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all
previous customers that 10% off amount.

Oh no! While this is rare, we’re happy to offer an exchange if
there is any damage to an order. Please send us a message to
our Etsy shop or submit a help request within 3 days ofitem
delivery. When contacting us about a damaged item, please
submit photos of the front of the item, back of the item, and the
size tag so we can follow up with our manufacturing partner.

Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be
offered. If there's any problem with the image please contact us for further
assistance

Yes! If you are interested in having an item in our store
customized or having a brand new item created for you, please
don't hesitate to shoot us a message!

Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order. If your item is "returned to sender" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to sender" are shipped back to our manufacturing partner and we have no way of recovering them. In some cases, we may be able to reprint and reship your item, however, the buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost on the replacement item. Please message us for more information.

The best way to make sure that your colors are matched as closely as possible is to
send a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send
photo attachments or insert links in our message conversation both before and after
you place an order.
If we do not get a response on approvals of proofs of custom orders, we will wait for
1 week and then make the order and ship it. We need to adhere to shop deadlines
and can not hold orders beyond a certain date.
