Sticks are finished by hand on the Maine coast. Each stick takes about one week to complete. -
Each wood stick is grinded, sanded, conditioned, and branded prior to customization. -
Stick is finished, sealed, and sent out to customer as a gift or for use. -
We create custom mockups for customer approval and then apply the stencil to the stick. -
Each stick is finished to customer specs from light to dark to bring out the grain in the birch.
