Frequently asked questions
Why can't I return my digital download?
Ember & Co items are delivered digitally, and thus cannot be undone. It is also difficult to ascertain whether an item has been printed yet. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me! I will do everything in my power to resolve your issue.
On that note, please make sure that you are downloading the correct item — this includes checking that the item you are downloading is offered in the size you need. All dimensions are listed in the item description.
Why isn't my download printing at the right size?
Make sure that you're selecting "Actual Size" in your printer settings. Do not "scale" to any % of the page or select "fit to page". Your download is already designed with adequate margins. This is often the cause for page sizes not matching up to your planner.
Which weight/type of paper should I print on?
Whatever you'd like! However, standard copy paper often won't be thick enough, especially for double-sided prints. Try white brochure/flyer paper, or a light-weight cardstock. Matte is ideal, as a glossy or semi-gloss paper will difficult to write on and more likely to smear.
Shipping + Delivery
Most items will be complete and ready for shipment in approximately 3-5 business days. During the holiday season (Nov 19 – Dec 31st) production timelines are extended.
Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of the ship date. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you by e-mail or phone.
If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 3 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.
Returns + Replacements
Once your order is placed online, it cannot be canceled. If you have any questions about product returns, discrepancies, back-ordered items or anything else, please contact us by emailing – hello@thirteenseven.design.
If a product is deemed defective, a complete inspection of products returned will take place to determine the authentication of a request. If an item is approved for replacement, the original sales order receipt/number must accompany the item being returned. Items that are replaced will be identical to the original order and have the same design.
We will refund GROUND SHIPPING charges on returns for defects.
Product Warranties
We use a third-party manufacturer to produce and ship physical products. The manufacturer will warrant manufacturer defects for items returned for replacement or repair within 7 days of product delivery date. Items that are defective may only be replaced with the same product and design. Sometimes there will be variations in shape, color, and size of personalized products.
Items will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged if it is determined that the product is damaged by common discoloring or normal wear.
