Can I change the colors in your Canva templates?
Yes! All colors can be changed easily from what you see in the photographs to fit your brand colors.
Can I change the fonts in your Canva templates?
Yes! You can choose a different font from Canva's free font library if you'd like. You can also change the color of any font unless otherwise noted in the description for that particular item.
Can I edit these in the Canva App on my phone?
Yes, you can, however it is generally easier to edit on your computer and this is recommended. Look to specific product descriptions for detailed guidelines. Please note, you cannot download a digital file from the Etsy App on your phone, you must login through your mobile browser.
Do your email templates work with any software or just Mailchimp or Klaviyo?
Unless otherwise specified, our email templates are for Mailchimp or Klaviyo only (check title and description to ensure you're purchasing the correct version) and will not work with other email providers! They use the drag and drop editor in Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
Where can I find more images?
You can find more images in Canva, Pexels, Pixabay and Unsplash for free commercial use! This is where all our images are sourced :) As always, read the license before downloading.
Are images included?
Yes and no, we do not insert the images due to licensing restrictions and best practices, however most templates unless otherwise specified, come with a link to the image collection we used. You can download them directly from the photographer, they are free, and also approved for personal and commercial use.
Our Website templates DO include the images you see in the demo site, and they are sourced from Unsplash and may be used for commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for double checking the licensing info for any and all images you use on your website :)
Do I need the Pro (Paid) version of Canva to edit?
No! All of our templates are created using the free elements in Canva, or custom elements we've created and included. If you like Canva, feel free to sign up for Pro however to access more features.
Do you do custom work?
At this time, we're not taking on completely custom work. However, if you need help, or need a simple edit to an existing product, reach out, and I'm more than happy to help you!
Can I use the templates for client work?
Yes, if you are a web designer, graphic designer, social media manager or VA you may use the templates to design FINISHED PRODUCTS for clients.
YOU MAY NEVER under ANY circumstances, pass editable files to clients or resell the templates on any marketplace or website as templates. If you are found to be reselling our recognisable template layouts, even with changed photos/text/colors, legal action will be taken against you to remove the offending items.
