We (Viavir LLC and ThisBlueBird) use order info only to fulfill the order, and occasionally communicate with you regarding your order.
We share order information including item SKU, quantity, price, shipping amount, tax paid, shipping address, and ship-to name with PirateShip and GoShippo for the purchase of postage, with OrderDesk for pushing Etsy order details to our Shopify site (ThisBlueBird.com) where all of our inventory, order management, and financial reporting is handled.
Neither we, nor any of our partner apps, have access to any of your payment information such as bank or credit card data.
We do not share any data with any other parties unless compelled to do so by a US court of law.
We will retain all information on your order for a period of seven years following the order date, as required by United States Internal Revenue Service rules. If you make a deletion request, please note that only personally identifiable information, such as your name, email, and street address will be removed. We will retain the non-identifiable information until the seven years has passed.

Garment Care - Japanese Kimono, Haori and Michiyuki
Please use professional dry cleaning only. Water is not a vintage kimono's friend! Hand washing or soaking in water is **absolutely not recommended** for most vintage kimonos. The majority of the time water will cause colors/dyes to run, and potential damage to the silk. Definitely do not put a vintage kimono in a washing machine. All vintage kimono in the shop have been dry cleaned prior to listing.
Sizing details
All listings include detailed measurements, please pay close attention these and allow enough additional room to move and feel comfortable when wearing the garment.
