I also made a mistake on my delivery address and Heather was communicative and corrected it for me. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and Croc charm!

5 out of 5 starsIt’s not easy to find keychains on the Internet for the Embry Riddle rowing team. I was happy to be able to find keychains with Embry Riddle oars available on this site. I purchased 4 keychains for the men’s rowing team and one keychain for the women’s rowing team. Last night I gave one to my daughter whose son is on the men’s rowing team - and gave him one for himself and one for his good friend and teammate. I also gave him a woman’s oar that he could give to his girlfriend who rows for the women’s team.
