HOW WE MAKE IT
Every product comes with real sample wording and a Start Here guide. Open the files in Microsoft Office, or use the free alternatives listed in each product's instructions (Google Slides, Docs and Sheets, Keynote, Pages or a free Canva account). Spreadsheets have protected formulas, editable yellow input cells and an unlocked copy, and tax and fee guidance shows the date it was last checked. AI tools help us write and lay out the products, and we check every file before it goes live.

Message us through Etsy with any question, before or after you buy. If something isn't right with a file, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you.
All products are digital downloads for use in your own hosting business, for as many properties as you own or manage.
QUICK ANSWERS
• How do I download? Use a web browser, not the Etsy app: You › Purchases and reviews › Download files. Unzip the folder and open the Start Here PDF first.
• The ZIP won't open on my phone. Download on a computer, or on iPhone tap the file in the Files app to unzip it. On Android, use Files by Google.
• Do I need Canva Pro? No. Design files open in PowerPoint, Google Slides (free) or Keynote, or upload them to a free Canva account. Message kits open in Word, Google Docs or Pages.
• Do the spreadsheets work on a Mac? Yes, in Excel 2016 or newer, or in Google Sheets (free). Apple Numbers isn't supported.
• Can I use the files for more than one property? Yes, for every property you own or manage. Please don't share or resell the files.
• Something isn't right with my file. Message us. If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described, we'll fix it or refund you.
