Custom and personalized orders

Please ensure all spelling is correct at the time of purchase as I will copy exactly as is written. Errors cannot be rectified once I have begun creating your item.

Shipping

I cannot take responsibility for items once they have been posted. If your item arrives damaged, please contact within 5 days and I will do my best to rectify the situation. Lost/stolen items will need to be dealt with with the delivery company. Should this occur, please get in touch and I can direct you as best I can.

Buying as a gift

If you require an item as a gift, I will gladly send this out directly to the recipient. Just send a note to say this is the case and I will ensure no payment details are included in the parcel. If a gift message is required, please also request this at the time of purchasing and I will be happy to include this.

Express Shipping

I always try to process orders as soon as they are placed so please be assured that I will get your item to you as quickly I can. If you need an item for a specific date which is soon, please get in touch before you order and I will confirm if this is possible.
I do have an Express Shipping option available for an additional charge. When you select this, your item will be treated as a priority so I will work on that first and also send this out first class.
