ThorDesignUS does not accept order cancellations. If something needs changed on your order once placed, please contact me through Etsy messages.
Ability to make changes is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case by case basis.
Sizing details
Sizing information is available in all listings.
All shirt measurements are included in the item details. We highly encourage our buyers to double-check sizes/measurements prior to purchasing since all sales are final.
If you have questions or concerns about sizing please send us a message.
Due to the nature of the items sold there will be no refunds or returns.

Shipping and Processing time
Production time: 2-5 business days.
U.S. Shipping time: 3-5 BUSINESS days (does not include weekends or holidays).
The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.
Fulfillment time does not include shipping time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
We will ship your order to address you left during checkout. We are not responsible if you left incorrect shipping address and package wasn't delivered on time.
Shipping and Processing time
You can contact us, no later then 2 hours after purchase, only on ETSY convos (not email), if you want package to be shipped to another address.
No address changes will be accepted after 2 hours of placing orders. Please ensure your ship to address is correct when checking out. If package returns due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges for reshipping item .
Please contact us prior your purchase if you need item by certain date. There is no guarantee for First class and Priority mail delivery date.

Each item is handmade and since colors are often hard to match by a computer monitor, your colors may vary slightly from what you see in the screen.
