Thread Chicken, what does it mean?

So where does the shop name come from? Many needleworkers or sewists may know what thread chicken is. however most people don't. Thread chicken is when you try to "beat" the thread by finishing what you're working on before the thread runs out. When you sew on a machine you get 2 chances, thread chicken and bobbin chicken. I play the game regularly and have strict rules when I lose. If the thread runs out before I finish a seam or top stitching and it's going to be visible, the whole thing gets picked and sewn again with a fresh bobbin or new spool of thread. And, yes, I have picked out more stitches than I had left to sew the last 2 times I lost the game. Quirky and weird, just like me.
