There is nothing better than being able to spend every day doing what I love!

I have been sewing for as long as I can remember. What started out as fashioning clothes for my Barbie dolls out of my dad’s socks has become something that really I enjoy doing.

I love making bags that are beautiful but also functional- in other words, having lot's of pockets. There is nothing worse than having to fish around for 5 minutes looking for my phone…or keys… or, well whatever I’m looking for. So when I design my bags, I shape them around the what I need to carry.

When I am not in my workshop, I can be found roaming the sidewalks and trails of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Southwest Virginia with my Goldendoodle, Fiddle. Spending time in nature never fails to inspire me. I try to design my products so that they will be rugged enough to really be used , and also carry an element of the outdoors in their esthetic.
