Custom and personalized orders

We can create custom quilts after careful discussion between both parties, and a written and signed agreement on cost and design features. Custom quilts are NOT returnable/refundable, except in the case of damage. Money paid as a deposit will only be refunded if a project has been cancelled by or with the approval of THREAD IN THE HEAD.

Sizing details

Some quilts or designs may not be available in ALL sizes. Please ask before placing an order. Approximate sizes available will be listed as baby, lap, full/double, queen and king. Specific measurements will be listed individually on all quilts listed in this shop.

Care instructions

Most of our quilts will be 100% cotton and care will be standard for cotton materials. If a quilt has any other fabric incorporated into it, it will be noted on that specific listing with proper care instructions. If care instructions are not followed, THREAD IN THE HEAD will not be responsible for damages to the quilt or materials used in the quilt.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Gift wrapping is not available at this time, but we will drop ship an item as a gift to someone as long as a verified address is provided in writing (email or Etsy message) to THREAD IN THE HEAD when the order is placed.

Drop shipping Services are an additional $5.95 per item which covers insurance, tracking and delivery signature confirmation.
