Jasmine was fantastic! Shipping was delayed due to USPS shortage and she was on top of it to let me know she has been looking at the tracking and checking in. Loved the masks - Jasmine included instructions on how to wear, and what to put in as a filter and where the filter pocket was. Would order again!

My daughter loves it, its made very well made and has held up with a few washes. My only little thing is the ear loops are tiny and tight on the ears. Had to make some adjustments to them for them to fit comfortably. Other then that, beautiful face mask.

I love the glittery detail on this beige marble print pleated face mask and that it comes with a filter pocket and the option to have a nose wire, which I chose to add when I ordered it, and all at a reasonable price. The shop had a shipping delay, so it took an extra week to get, but that wasn't a problem for me and the overall customer service was great, as was the item. My mask arrived in a mailing bag with a cute print on it that said thank you, wrapped in tissue paper, and packed with a filter in a plastic bag, a printed receipt, and a card with a thankful message printed on one side and a handwritten note on the other expressing customer appreciation and sharing mask use and care tips. The filter pocket's easy to use. The soft nylon ear loops, flexible nose wire, and stylish fabric are high-quality. Thanks, ThreadLabel!
