The item I ordered never shipped out. Never received.

Never received my order and when I tried to get in contact with seller 7 days after the latest delivery date, I got an automated response that I should expect my order to be delivered by the same date that had passed by a week.

I wish I could review the item but I can't. I don't even want to give 1 star, but that's the choice I'm given. I ordered it the 9th of April and the tracking says label created that day. It was supposed to be here the 15th and it hasn't moved. I messaged the seller and got nothing back so doing a refund and still haven't heard anything.

Very cute headband. Really like the pattern and am looking forward to wearing it on Thanksgiving.

I wanted to give review cause customer service was great and communication was key was helpful with everything. Wished item was not lost.

My little girl loves them and they flex easily to meet most kid or toddler heads 🙂.

As pictured and described. Well made. Love the headband. Seller shipped out quickly but post office lost it (not sellers fault) but they were great about contacting post office and getting me my headband when I reached out. Happy with my purchase.
