NO CUSTOMIZATION
All designs are final as listed. We do not offer personalization, custom text, or design modifications.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders move to production within a few hours — you have approximately 2–3 hours after checkout to cancel. Once in production, orders cannot be canceled. Every item is made to order.
SIZE / COLOR CHANGES
Possible only before production begins. Contact us ASAP after ordering if you need a change — after production starts, we cannot modify your order.
ADDRESS CHANGES
We can update your shipping address until the package is handed to the courier. After shipment, no changes are possible. Message us as soon as you notice an error.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Offered only for: items that arrive damaged, wrong design/size/color sent by us, or packages lost in transit. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable. Requests outside the 30-day window can't be accepted.
