Welcome to Thread Scene LLC! As the proprietor, I am overjoyed when I can spend time creating special embroidered gifts for you & yours.
I have always loved embroidery - the colors, textures and working in the fiber arts. As a teenager, I started making hand-embroidered gifts and when embroidery machines began to appear on the consumer market, I was hooked! I am fascinated by the challenges of putting colors together that bring out the best in each, figuring out how to mimic a texture like animal fur with thread, experimenting with various weight thread, and playing with out-of-the-ordinary threads (like metallic or variegated) for embellishments.
