Communication with the seller in the beginning was great but then it fell off and I was lied to about where my item was as far as productively was concerned. I was told my item was completed and would be shipped but once Etsy help stepped in I was told it wasn’t completed at all and I would be sent back the personal items I sent for this particular item to be completed. So disappointed I. The whole process. COMMUNICATION WOULD HAVE BEEN KEY!!!!

I apologize for the inconvenience! I have a daughter with a rare liver disease and she is extremely sick. I need to attend to her. I don’t have time for working on tumblers. Please accept my refund🥰
