I only received part of my order, where is the rest of my package?
• We sometimes ship things separately to get items to you as efficiently as possible. Please reach out to us for a tracking number for your missing items.
How can I send you my file/image for my personalization?
• If you would like a logo/image for your custom design, please send a PNG through Etsy conversations & we'll send you a mockup within 24 hours.

When will I receive my order?
• Once your order is received, it is sent to our warehouse for production and fulfilment.
• Domestic: 2-5 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping.
• International: 2-5 business days for processing and an additional 7-10 business days for shipping.

Can I return my item?
