May I use stitch-out photos in your listings for advertising or presales for my business?
No, the stitch-out photos belong to my testers and therefore can only be used by myself and them. A computer generated photo of the design is included in the digital file purchased, and those MAY be used for advertising. However, I suggest stitching the designs out and using your photos for advertising.
May I stitch the designs I purchase on items and sell those items?
You MAY use our designs to stitch on items to sell. You must sell in small quantities LESS THAN 250 PIECES PER DESIGN. We DO NOT allow mass production which includes catalog and in-home show companies as well as any online retailer selling mass produced items. If you are interested in using our designs on a larger scale than outlined above, please contact us with detailed intended use to discuss mass production license options. Absolutely NO outsourcing of designs is allowed. All creative rights to the design belong to Threads or Tails Designs and DO NOT transfer to the individual purchasing the design.
All artwork is created by and is property of Threads or Tails LLC.
Failure to adhere to the terms may result in legal action.
May I make changes to or alter your designs?
You MAY NOT trace or convert the file into other mediums such as SVG, Watercolor, PNG, or any other file type. You MAY NOT use any part of our designs to combine with other designs or mediums and offer for sale or use.
May I share your designs?
No, you MAY NOT sell or share designs whether paid for or freebies offered on our site or in our Facebook group. This is considered stealing and may result in your account being closed and you being removed from our site.
