The dinosaur pattern and accompanying video don't actually feature a heart, so I wonder if this review might have been intended for a different seller or product. Could you double-check which item you're referring to?

It looks like you might have assembled the puppy without watching the video tutorial. The video clearly demonstrates how to attach the parts, and it appears some have been placed incorrectly. For instance, the paws were joined in the front and the hands at the back. Additionally, the video shows exactly how to attach the eyes, nose, and whiskers, and buttons should not be used at all. I am sharing the video with you via email so you can check it and reassemble the dog. If you need any further assistance, I am always here to help!

I designed this pattern to include a comprehensive, step-by-step video tutorial, as I find visual demonstrations are often easier to follow than written instructions alone. Please note that this video is a silent visual guide and does not require audio to follow.
