Creativity through Embroidery.
My husband Charles and I have been married for 10 years. I was a teacher before I became a stay at home mom. I taught Middle School and then my final year of teaching I taught Pre-School. I liked teaching and interacting with the kids but knew that with my husbands schedule it would be beneficial for me to be a stay at home mom.
When my oldest son was 3 months old I wanted monogrammed clothing for him but I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I purchased my first sewing machine and embroidery machine at that time. I began making his clothes and embroidery different designs.
Fast forward 6.5 years and I am now a stay at home mom for 3 very active boys. My boys love for me to do designs and embroidery just for them! My husband encouraged me to take my talent and interest to the next level. I decided since my kids were almost all in school now would be a great time to start my own business.
With that, Threads and Spools: Embroidery and Design was born. I am thrilled that I can now offer my services to customers who enjoy the same quality and detail that I do.
I look forward to fulfilling customers needs with unique and beautiful embroidery.
