I get a lot of orders in November and December and I typically work on orders 12-18 hours a day 7 days a week during this time period. Unfortunately, that does not leave time to answer emails. I hate to not be able to respond to your emails, but please understand that the orders must come first and if I have any time left over, I will provide as much customer service as I possible can. To help, here are some answers to frequently asked questions and tips.
Can you pay for expedited shipping? No, I do not provide this service. It is fairly time consuming (more than I would have thought) and I simply can’t take that time from all the other orders.
How long till orders ship? Each listing shows the estimated shipping date. For the most part, I stay within that time frame and in fact, many times I ship early. Please understand it is possible I will get behind some, but I work hard to stay on schedule. And please note that custom work can take longer.
If you are ordering 6 or more ornaments, you can use the coupon code 6ORMORE for 15% off. This is the only discount I am offering at this time.
Please read the item descriptions and look at all photos for the listings, they have tips on how to order and should answer 99% of your questions about ordering individual items including info on ordering custom and personalized items.
