UPDATE: Once reviewing, the shop reached out to resolve this issue and sent the dress right out. The dress is lovely and my daughter loves it. ORIGINAL: I have not received the dress, it hasn’t shipped, and I have reached out to the shop about it with no response. It was needed for my daughter’s birthday party and I ordered it with PLENTY of time according to shipping in the shop. Now I have to find a last minute generic dress for my girl’s birthday, and that is SO DISAPPOINTING. I advocate for Etsy and shopping small businesses all the time, but instances like this make it difficult to promote. I’ll be opening an Etsy case over this issue, because I need my money back!!!
