Item is as described and installed successfully. Shipping was a bit slow and delayed. Overall, all good!

Had to remix the model a bit so that the screw holes are closer to each other as I got a different headrest, and scale the plug itself to 0.9 to make it much easier to install. Printed with normal PLA with 6 walls and 50% infill with 3D honeycomb pattern, turned out pretty solid, I don't think going 100% infill is necessary. Overall very good design, my ancient Mirra finally has a headrest!

I'd give this 10 stars if I could. The adapters themselves are super sturdy and mount to the back of the seat perfectly. USPS lost my package during delivery, and David was kind enough to ship me out a second one as soon as we found out the issue.

Elegant solution that worked perfectly on my Mirra 1 chair with the plastic back (non fabric). Very high tolerances and fit the chair back seamlessly. Able to attach the lorell mesh back headrest with no problems.
