First, the image shown in this review is not a photo of the backpack we sold or shipped. It does not match our product or listing. Second, this situation was reviewed carefully, and it appears the buyer attempted to swap the original item with a different one in an effort to receive a refund while keeping our product. That request was denied after verification. We stand by the authenticity and quality of every item we sell. All products are carefully sourced, inspected, and accurately represented in our listings.
