The items fit very well in my terrarium until I went to add the glass. The glass sizes given for the 40 gallon conversion kit do not work well. I had to cut all three pieces I got from a local fabricator so they would fit. And then I still needed to modify the conversion kit because there were no notches to assist with installing the glass. I rarely got reply messages from customer service. Two responses out of the 5-6 messages I sent. Some directions for the slider kit installation with glass would be great too. It is like they created a product and never tested it.
