How long does it take for your wigs to ship?
-Shipping for custom wigs typically takes 7-14 business days depending on on the wig you create. Shipping for providing your own bundles is 3-5 business days from the day the hair received by us.
Is there a return policy?
-All sales are final. Wigs cannot be exchanged or returned due to sanitary issues and your order process as soon as it is placed because of this. ALL SALES ARE FINAL !!
How do I order a custom wig?
-Use the “Create your own wig” tab in the drop down menu. When filing out the form please be specific as possible and use complete sentences for faster service.
