Preventing Tarnish on Sterling Silver:
The best way to prevent tarnishing is to store clean, dry sterling silver in a dry airtight container, like a ziplock bag. An anti-tarnish strip with the silver jewelry in a ziplock bag will help fight against tarnish. Don’t leave silver jewelry in the bathroom. Humidity can speed up the oxidation process that produces tarnish. Minimize sterling silver’s contact to chemicals (hairspray, perfume, body lotion, bleach, etc.) and do not wear it the shower, swimming pool or hot tub. After taking off silver jewelry, clean it with a dry soft cloth before putting it back into an airtight container.
How to care for your Bronze Jewelry:
Remove tarnish by using a polishing cloth.
Are your charms real sterling silver or are they plated?
Our charms are .925 sterling silver. They are not plated. We do carry very few silver plated charms but it will say so in the description.
When will my item ship?
Our processing time is 2-5 business day excluding holidays and weekends. You will receive a tracking number via email once your item has shipped.
In the picture it shows two charms. How come I only received one?
The pictures show two different angles of one charm. Please read the item description before ordering if you are unclear as to how many charms you will receive.
I paid for Priority Shipping why didn't my order ship out immediately?
Our processing time still applies for orders that are priority paid shipping. Your item will still ship priority mail.
What is the size of the jump ring attached to your charms?
The size is 5mm.
Do you do engraving?
No we currently aren't doing any engraving.
Will you ship one order to two different addresses?
No we only ship to one address not multiple addresses.
Do you sell wholesale?
We don't sell wholesale but we do offer discounts on bulk orders.
How will I know when my item has shipped?
Once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
