5 out of 5 starsI very much need to update my review to clarify that although this seller and I had a misunderstanding on a particular order, I am happy to report that this has been resolved and you all should know this is actually a very nice family business with great products and they care for their customers very much. I am happy to continue to work with them on purchasing new high-quality items. Their attention to detail and beautifully finished products are worth every penny and worth waiting for. Again, I wanted to update my prior reviews to make sure everyone knows how happy I am with them and if you like F1 type merchandise, you will love what they have to sell.

1 out of 5 starsI would like to strongly warn against this shop, especially if, like me, you spend almost €800 including taxes on a supposedly high-quality collector's item. From a distance, the helmet might look like a Formula 1 helmet at first glance. However, as soon as you look more closely at the shop images, the disastrous build quality becomes apparent, in no way resembling the promised product. My urgent advice to everyone: Zoom in very closely on the details in the shop photos (if the seller doesn't replace them)! The logos: The sponsor logos are carelessly and visibly hand-cut with sharp edges. There are no clean lines or professional application. The paintwork: The paint is full of dust inclusions and exhibits an extremely uneven "orange peel" effect – extremely poor quality, not worth €100!!!!

Nuestro trabajo es artesanal y las réplicas se fabrican manualmente, por lo que pueden existir diferencias respecto a productos industriales o cascos profesionales utilizados en Fórmula 1. En la publicación se especifica que se trata de una réplica artesanal de colección y no de un casco homologado FIA. En relación con tu reclamo, cumplimos con las políticas de Etsy y te ofrecimos gestionar una devolución mediante el procedimiento oficial de la plataforma. Para poder avanzar, era necesario que el comprador iniciara y completara el proceso correspondiente desde Etsy.
