Products are placed in a rigid kraft mailer or bubble mailer. Shipping costs include a delivery confirmation # (except for orders going out with stamps), which you will receive once your order ships.

Note! Orders may take longer than the estimated dates outlined by Etsy due to any unexpected delays and how far the destination is from me in NYC. i.e. orders going to the west coast can take 1 week or longer.

If you need something by a certain date I suggest upgrading your shipping! Priority Mail typically takes an estimated 1-3 business days for delivery depending on destination (although this is not guaranteed by the USPS due to unexpected delays this is a reliable service to expedite shipping times).

For all international mail, it can take up to 4 WEEKS to arrive depending on customs and pay package prices (sorry! not something I can control). Please make sure your address is complete upon check out, I am not responsible for items sent back to me because of an incomplete/non-deliverable address. Buyer is responsible for any taxes/custom fees due.

GERMANY: Due to the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) I cannot currently ship to Germany. Your order will be canceled if placed, I will notify you!

If you'd like to save costs I offer International Letter shipping (snail mail style, no tracking number!) for greeting card orders on my main shop website: shop.tiffbits.com

If you have issues or questions with your package delivery after it ships I always recommend reaching out to your local post office first. I do my best to ship out orders promptly, but once it leaves my hands the USPS handles delivery. Your local post office should be able to provide you with updates on your package. Please also keep in mind the estimated delivery times (outlined above).

If you still have not received your order after 10 business days (domestic), and the USPS is not able to provide you with help please reach out to me directly and I am happy to file an investigation for your package with the USPS.

Cancellations or changes to a shipping address on your order can only be made prior to shipment or within 24 hours (whichever comes first). If you have not received a shipping notification please reach out if there is an issue with your order or you would like to request a change. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days or sometimes same day. Unfortunately, no changes can be made to your order if you've already received a shipping confirmation.

I produce, assemble, and package all products. I do my best to inspect all orders to ensure the best quality.

Our greeting cards are printed on FSC certified paper stock and contain Post Consumer Waste and our envelopes are made up of 100% recycled materials. We do our best to use recyclable packaging materials and may reuse packaging materials when we pack up your order in efforts to reduce waste!

We are making an effort to reduce single use plastics in our shop! Most card orders will get packaged without clear sleeves, but protected in a recyclable flat bag.
