4 out of 5 starsThe item took 19 days to be delivered even though the package said 1st class and when I ordered they said they would be here by 3rd of January. At first the customer service was great, they offered to send new prints etc but then I felt like I was being accused of already having the prints in my home when that was not the case. I’ve even offered that if the other set does turn up they are more than willing to have them back as I have no need for two identical sets.

Thank you for your feedback Donna. I am very confused about when you thought I accused you of already having the prints. I did send you a new order out free of charge which took a couple of days to arrive. I then messaged you two hours after they had been delivered confirming that your order has not been lost and has been delivered. I think you have misunderstood my message when I told you that you now have your prints. If the first order turns up, let me know and you can keep it.
